For green bars with an extra antioxidant kick- add 3 tablespoons of spirulina
For ginger bars- start with 1 tablespoon of ground ginger, and increase as you wish
Directions- combine all in blender or food processer until the seeds have been crushed and all has been blended well. Spread a sheet of parchment paper onto a large flat surface such as a metal baking tray or glass baking dish, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Remove, cut into bars and serve! Uneaten bars will need to stay refrigerated between snacking for optimal freshness and texture.
